Advancing age and the accompanying health limitations mean we have to say goodbye. It is a magical spot, and we would expect new owners to enjoy it as much as we have.

Stone homes on the banks of the Grand River are rare finds indeed, and this one has one of the best views of the Grand available anywhere. Here, the river is at it's deepest (20+feet) . Wildlife abounds, including eagles, osprey, otter, fox, deer, etc. and an astonishing variety of smaller birds. Known as one of the world’s best trout rivers, huge fish can be seen jumping on a regular basis.
